PR Racing Miami LLC was created in 2002 to give birth to the great endeavor of bringing world class marathoning to South Florida. It was acquired by US Road Sports & Entertainment Group, LP in 2007. 

As native Miamians, runners, race organizers, and business people, they have the know-how to make this event a world-class event in a community that is their own. The PR Racing staff is committed to making the ING Miami Marathon and Half Marathon one of the world's greatest marathons. PR Racing, is also responsible for producing 16 running events in Miami.

US Road Sports & Entertainment Group, LP is a Dallas-based company formed to acquire and produce world-class endurance events.
