Packet Pick-Up

  • YOU MUST pick-up your own race packet and bib at the Nissan Health & Fitness Expo Presented by The Miami Herald & El Nuevo Herald on Friday, January 31 from Noon to 7:00 PM or Saturday, February 1, 2014 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The 2013 Expo will be held at the Miami Beach Convention Center - Hall C (1901 Convention Center Drive, Miami Beach - approximately 5 miles from the finish line and start line areas.
  • Keep in mind that parking in front of the Convention Center is $15. Recommended less expensive parking options include metered spaces, shuttles from Downtown Miami, and carpooling. You can park on the west side of the Convention Center and walk through the building to get to Hall C. 
  • There is NO packet pick-up on race day.
  • Your photo ID is required to pick-up your race packet.
  • NO confirmation cards will be mailed out. Therefore, your bib # will be available at the 'Runner Look-up' area. 
eCard Confirmations:

We will be sending out eCard Confirmations only via email starting the end of December 2013 / early January 2014. This eCard Confirmation will have your assigned bib number, age and gender. Please verify this information and bring it with you to Packet Pick-Up at our Expo.

In order to get your packet you MUST BE PRESENT, with your photo ID. Your completed eCard Confirmation you received by email is not required; blank eCards will be provided for you at the Expo if needed. (Relatives may NOT pick up your packet.) If you forget your eCards (or do not receive one) you can check for your number at the 'Runner Look-up' area.

Packet Pick-Up by Proxy:

If you cannot pick-up your packet, you must have the person picking up your packet bring a copy of your license and a notarized "Non-Participant Pick-Up" form.
