- YOU must pick-up your own race packet, bib, and chip at the TotalHealth & Fitness Expo Presented by The Miami Herald & El El Nuevo Herald on Friday, January 23 or Saturday, January 24, 2009. The 2009 Expo will be held at the Miami Beach Convention Center (1700 Convention Center Dr., Miami Beach -approximately 5 miles from the finish line and start line areas).
- Keep in mind that parking in front of the convention center is $15, recommended less expensive options include metered parking spaces, shuttles from Downtown and carpooling.
- There is NO packet pick-up on race day.
- Your photo ID is required to pick-up your race packet.
- NO confirmation cards were mailed out, therefore, your bib # will be available at the expo on a large board posted with everyone's number.
- Your Confrmation of Registration (either by mail or online) can be found by using the light blue Registration Query button found on the homepage.
Once again we will not be mailing out confirmation cards. We will be sending out eCard Confirmations via email starting in November of 2008. This eCard Confirmation will have your assigned bib number, age and gender. Please verify this information and bring it with you to Packet Pick-Up at our Expo.
In order to get your packet you MUST BE PRESENT, with your photo ID (relatives may NOT pick up your packet), and your completed eCard Confirmation you received by email.
If you cannot pick-up your packet, you must have the person picking up your packet bring a copy of your license and a notarized form.
Forms will be available in December.
