Running helps Mike relieve stress and is a great way to stay in shape.

Jonathan Hamel
Born in Washington, DC and moved to Miami in 1997. Used to rely on my wife, Laura, to accompany me on her bike for my long runs, but I now push my twin two-year old boys, Benjamin and Jonah. After running twice in the ING Miami marathon, the arrival of our boys virtually eliminated running for a year, but after their first birthday and the purchase of a double jog stroller, I'm back on the road again. The 2008 ING Miami marathon will be the starting point for more intense training this year and, hopefully, an ironman race in the not too distant future.
