Packet Pick-Up & Late Registration:

The Nissan Health & Fitness Expo Presented by The Miami Herald & El Nuevo Herald will be the only place where you can pick-up your registration packet. Remember to bring a picture ID. If the races are not filled to capacity, there will be a registration booth at the expo as well. Please note that there will be NO race day registration and NO Race day packet pick-up.

Seminar Schedule & Feature Events:

Runners, while at the Expo be sure to check out these feature events. Record-breaking marathoner and 2012 Olympian, Ryan Hall will be holding a seminar on Saturday at 1PM in the ING Runner's Lounge. Attendees will pick-up valuable race-day tips from world class marathoner. You can get Ryan's autograph at the Expo on Friday 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM, Saturday from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM or Sunday at the Nissan booth from 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM.

Celebrity artist and ribbon designer for the 10th Anniversary Finisher's Medal, Stephen Gamson, will be on site throughout the weekend. He will be autographing our limited edition 10th Anniversary Commemorative Posters that will be on sale. With less than 1,000 remaining those will go fast. After you've RUN FAMOUS stop by our merchandise area to get your finisher's medal ribbon autographed on race day. Stephen will hold autograph sessions in the official race merchandise area on Friday from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, Saturday from 1 PM to 3 PM and Sunday at the race from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM and 11 AM to 12 Noon.

South Florida's favorite yoga instructor to the athlete community and creator of YOGathletA®, Cay Haayan, will host Awaken Your Inner Athlete on Saturday, from 4:30 PM to 5:15 PM in JR Ballroom B (Room C-123). In this 45 minute transformational immersion with Cat Haayan you will learn to build heat intelligently inside and out, from your core to the outermost sheath of your skin.

Fitness expert and member of the National Strength & Conditioning Association, the American College of Sports Medicine and the American Society of Exercise Physiology, Marta Montenegro, will host Fortalecer los Abdominales y Estirarse: Necessario? (En Espanol), Strengthening the Core & Stretching: is it Necessary? Marta, creator of SOBeFiT magazine and the Montenegro Method DVD workout will host this seminar at 3:00 PM in the ING Runner's Nation Lounge. NOTE: This seminar is in Spanish.

Expo Parking:

Parking for the expo is available near the hall.  Flat rates and hourly rate garages and lots are nearby as well as metered spaces. The City of Miami Beach manages the lot in front of the hall, please note the parking fee is now $15. The highest concentration of parking spaces in Miami Beach exists within 1-2 blocks of the convention center.

Valet parking is available at the convention center at a cost of $15.

Free Expo Shuttles Race Weekend:

Free shuttle service will provided from Downtown Miami to Miami Beach for the Nissan Health and Fitness Expo presented by the Miami Herald & El Nuevo Herald. Participants may use this service to go to and from Downtown and Miami Beach on Friday and Saturday, January 27-28. Buses will operate during Expo hours and depart approximately every 20 minutes.

Parking Garages:

7th Street and Collins Avenue Garage is a state of the art parking garage with 646 spaces and available 24 hour a day. The facility is patrolled by a security force and close circuit cameras monitor each floor. The entrance to the garage is located on 7th Street.

12th Street and Drexel Avenue Garage provides convenient parking for shoppers and diners to the Washington Avenue business district with 134 spaces. The facility is available 24 hours a day.

13th Street and Collins Avenue Garage is located in the heart of the Art Deco District, one block west of Ocean Drive with 286 spaces. The entrance is located on 13th Street. The facility is available 24 hours a day.

17th Street Garage is adjacent to the Theater of the Performing Arts, within walking distance to the Miami Beach Convention Center and Lincoln Road mall with shops, restaurants, art galleries and studios. The garage is five stories in height and can occupy up to 1460 vehicles. The facility's main entrance is on 17th Street across from Convention Center Drive. The facility is available 24 hours a day.

42nd Street Garage services shoppers and employees of 41st Street (Arthur Godfrey Road) business district. The garage is five stories in height and can occupy up to 620 vehicles. Hours of operation: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. (except access cards holders).
